Tom Spence
Tom Spence, the founder and lead technician of LanPros, Inc., brings over 25 years of experience in IT support. His expertise spans Help Desk, Desktop, Server, and Networking solutions, having supported business networks across various industries.
Before establishing LanPros, Inc., Tom held key technical roles at JP Morgan (2000–2004) and C&S Computer Consulting (2004–2019), where he honed his skills in troubleshooting, server management, and network security. His extensive background includes supporting Microsoft Exchange, PDCs, and database servers, as well as designing and implementing business IT infrastructures. Tom holds multiple industry certifications, including MSSE, CCNA, and MCP, which underscore his deep technical knowledge.



Beyond IT Career

Beyond his IT career, Tom served for 6 years and 10 months in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry and Security Forces, earning the rank of Sergeant and receiving an honorable discharge. His leadership, discipline, and problem-solving abilities gained from military service contribute to the strategic vision and operational excellence of LanPros, Inc.
Tom has been married for 27 years and is a dedicated father of two. His commitment to family values and professional integrity defines LanPros, Inc.'s customer-first approach, ensuring businesses receive expert IT support with a personal touch.
